Each year the OC Children's Book Festival gets better and better and this year promises to be the best one yet! There is something for everyone that loves books. We invite you to join other families that know reading is the secret to a happy and successful life.
Many popular authors will be attending the Orange County Children’s Book Festival this year. You will want to meet them and listen as they read from their books on stage or in an exhibitor’s booth. Most will be signing their books creating a treasured purchase.
Watching an artist create their famous characters spell bounds young and old alike. You will want to meet and learn how Characters from Disney, Sesame Street and Simpson are drawn up close!
Each year the Orange County Children’s Book Festival features popular authors, illustrators, storytellers, entertainers; and exhibitors that support reading and education along with fun activities for families.
The Festival will have over 90 book and literary-related vendors as exhibitors at the Festival. Books will be available for purchase from a number of retailers and publishers. Many of these will be signed by the authors and by the illustrators. Healthy food vendors make an appearance as well!

Be a part of the Orange County Children’s Book Festival team and join the fun! We are always looking for volunteers year round and during the Festival for set-up and break-down. Join us for a fun and rewarding day. You’ll make new friends and make a difference in the lives of young readers and families alike.
The Orange County Children's Book Festival is in it's 10th year. In 2012, there were over 150 authors, more than 25 illustrators, dozens of storytellers and great family-oriented entertainers. The Festival featured over 125 booksellers, educational exhibitors and related vendors. More than 35,000 people attended the Festival last year.
